The stock arm gave first-time investors a way to invest alongside Madu and learn, generating just under $100K at 44% profit before winding down during COVID. Found a house on Craigslist in Sweetwater, Texas — listed at $65,000, purchased for $58,500. Bought as a primary residence, it became a long-term rental when an opportunity at a Houston-area refinery brought him back. That deal taught him the fundamentals of cash flow and building equity.
