SoleTies Run Club is Houston's fastest growing run club — and a registered nonprofit. What started as a group of runners has grown into something much bigger than running. The club has men's and women's wellness arms, a community service component, and has already partnered with multiple brands.
It's built around showing up — for yourself and for the community around you. SoleTies gives people a reason to stay consistent, stay connected, and invest in their health alongside others who are doing the same.

The Blackseed Group is an investment company with multiple arms spanning stocks, real estate, and fix-and-flip projects. The stock market arm, launched in 2018, gave first-time investors a way to invest alongside Madu and learn how the market actually works. That portfolio generated just under $100,000 at a 44% overall profit before winding down during COVID.
The real return, though, was changing families' financial trajectories — turning people who had never invested into ones who could do it on their own. Beyond stocks, Blackseed also handles real estate investments and fix-and-flip projects.
From first property purchase to the latest launch — a decade of building in Houston.
